The name Bubbeleh means “little sweetie” and this 7-year-old tabby girl is indeed a sweetheart.
Bubbeleh, or Bubbie as she’s affectionately called, was adopted as a young adult from Animal Friends Rescue Project. Like Golden Oldies Cat Rescue, AFRP relies on foster homes in order to help animals. Unfortunately, AFRP was unable to find a foster and thus could not take Bubbie back into their program.
Golden Oldies is so grateful we had a foster available so we could accept this deserving kitty into our program where she will be safe. We make a lifetime commitment to the cats in our care. They will either be adopted or live out their lives in a loving foster home. And if they ever need to come back to us, we are here for them.
A little shy at first, once Bubbie gets comfortable she is loving and affectionate and soon will be rubbing her face against your hand and purring when her head is scratched. She will sit on your lap and one-on-one time with her feels healing.
With her soft chirping sounds and big round eyes, Bubbie is easy to fall in love with. She thrives with some alone time, enjoying playing independently and then will come to you to share some love. Bubbie has been an indoor cat.
She had been her guardian’s sole companion for the last 6 years. Sadly, her person went into hospice and could no longer care for her.
All Golden Oldies cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative and have had a complete blood panel done.
