At Golden Oldies Cat Rescue, we believe every older cat deserves a loving home—and we’re committed to making that possible through our Community Assistance Programs. These programs are designed to support both cats and the people who care for them. These programs reflect our mission: to give older cats a second chance at life and love while removing barriers for the people who want to help them.
Seniors Saving Seniors
Senior cats make wonderful companions for senior people. To encourage these meaningful matches, we offer reduced or waived adoption fees and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and lasting bond.Matchmaker Program
We understand that love and compassion aren’t limited by income. For individuals and families who want to adopt but face financial challenges, we offer assistance to help cover adoption costs and supplies when matched with one of our older cats.Healing Paws Fund
We use this fund to pay for all veterinary expenses for our cats while in foster care. This can include dental cleanings and extractions, mass removals, updated vaccines, blood tests and more.
