Alis Gumbiner has been a resident of the Monterey Peninsula since 2005. She has served as a volunteer with the Villages of Monterey Bay and Golden Oldies Cat Rescue. She is the proud companion of one cat (Clementine) and one corgi (Cora), who sometimes acts like a cat in a dog suit. Alis has volunteered for Golden Oldies since 2017. She served on the Board for two years (2023-2025).
