Alexa, originally from the Bay Area, moved to the Monterey Peninsula in early 2022. A huge animal lover, Alexa has not only worked in shelters but also volunteered with many different rescue organizations. She started volunteering with Golden Oldies in the summer of 2022 by helping with social media and outreach events. Alexa, a Volunteer Coordinator, also works information tables and helps with events. Alexa is a cat lady extraordinaire and is mom to two kitties named Figaro and Loki.
