14 year old diva, Violet, is a lover of food, wand toys and cat trees. She enjoys sunbathing in her free time and checking to see what yummy snacks you are eating.
Her guardian, who adopted Violet as a kitten, went into a care facility last year and Violet went into temporary foster with a family friend. Now she is in a Golden Oldies foster home waiting for that special someone to fall in love with her. Violet is a short-haired tuxedo girl who weighs about 12 1/2 pounds. She is an indoor cat.
Speaking of snacks, Violet needs to eat less of them and have someone to help her to shed a few pounds to reach a healthy weight. She is happy spending her days around people, lying on your desk or on a sunny windowsill. She is afraid of dogs and is not good with other cats, preferring to have her people all to herself.
Violet has a favorite large cat tree that she will bring with her to her new home.
All Golden Oldies cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative and have had a complete blood panel done. If you are interested in Violet, please fill out an adoption application. Click here for pictures of Violet playing
