Shebee is a 10-year-old, short-haired tortioseshell whose guardian is moving and cannot take her along.
She is an indoor only cat who is very timid with strangers but her guardian said that once she gets used to someone she’s a total lap cat. Shebee has not been around children. She lives with cats but prefers to be the only cat in the house. She also appears to be fine with dogs as long as they ignore her (she has been around a large dog).
Shebee enjoys her “cookie” treats and playing with toys. She would love to have a quiet home where she’s the only pet with an adult or two to shower her with patience and kindness. Moving isn’t something she handles well, so when she goes to an adopter, it’s likely she’ll hide under a bed or in some other “safe” location for quite awhile. She will eat and use her litter box when no one is around.
