Kinkers is a 14-year-old, all-black Manx with a crooked stubby tail, thus her name.
She is a very affectionate and friendly girl who would love nothing more than to sit in your lap and receive head and rear end scratches. Kinkers also loves playing with toys. Kinkers is an engaging cat.
Her guardian can no longer care for her, so she needs a new home. Recently, she has been an outdoor kitty only due to the mobility issues of her guardian.
She got in an altercation with another animal, and had a puncture wound that has been taken care of. This is causing a heightened awareness that she needs to find another home, or risk further injury.
While doing the blood work to have her adopted, it was discovered that she has a hyperthyroid. The vet says this can be controlled with some medication. Again, with limited mobility by her guardian, this isn’t possible. We need to find Kinkers a good home quickly!
