Hi, my name is Gypsy. I’ve had a vagabond life. I was surrendered to the Hitchcock Road animal shelter as a friendly stray from Salinas. No one claimed me and now I need a new home.
I am a cute 11 year old, 8 pound little lady with a creaky squeak of a meow. I like to be original, what can I say..
Because the shelter had lots of animals, I was transferred to Golden Oldies Cat Rescue. While at the shelter, I was friendly and loved getting attention from the busy staff when they had time. They even let me out in a room with other cats and I didn’t seem to mind them at all, so I might be able to have a cat friend in my new home.
I am in foster with a large dog and am not interested in her… we haven’t gotten nose to nose yet though.
I love to be petted and brushed and will purr like crazy, rub my head against you and make “paw cookies.”
Maybe you’d like to take me home and we could hang out together?
All Golden Oldies cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative and have had a complete blood panel done.
