Seven-year-old Gizmo was sadly relinquished when his elderly guardian could no longer care for him. Having been with one person since kittenhood, Gizmo is a little shy, but very affectionate and playful once he trusts you. He will sleep on the bed with you at night but prefers not to be held or cuddled, he does enjoy being pet. Wand toys are his paws-down favorite. He loves to play, and is slender and agile. He is quite tidy in his eating habits and with his litter box. He loves his scratching post!
Gizmo is content being an indoor only cat but may enjoy some safe outdoor patio time if the opportunity arises. He would fit in best in a quiet home, without a lot of commotion. Gizmo would probably be okay in a home with a friendly dog and/or older children. He might be fine with other easy going cats. Gizmo is on a special diet that he likes and takes an inexpensive medication once daily to keep him healthy. Gizmo is being fostered in Marina.
All Golden Oldies cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative and have had a complete blood panel done.
