Bentley is an 8 ½ year-old 14-pound tri-color kitty whose guardian can no longer care for him.
He is mellow, playful and affectionate and loves to meet new people. If you are looking for a lap cat, Bentley is the one for you.
He has been an indoor cat but loves to go outside on supervised jaunts, rolling on the warm ground and chomping on grass. Bentley has lived with other cats and gets along fine. He also does well with respectful dogs and children.
He’s pretty much the purr-fect cat. He has spent some time at his guardian’s office and is well known for jumping on people’s laps when they come in and walking across the table during meetings. One of Bentley’s endearing habits is rolling on his back, twisting around like a corkscrew and flipping his tail back and forth. He often wrestles with his guardian and has never hissed or scratched.
He is a food-motivated guy and likes his breakfast early. Like most cats, he lets his people know when HE thinks it’s time to get up by licking their noses or pawing them. Most people feed him and go back to bed!
Bentley also travels well in the car, a quiet backseat driver who’s used to taking trips.
Bentley is neutered, up to date on his vaccines and microchipped. He is in Monterey, CA.
He will be having a complete physical and bloodwork done soon and we hope to bring him into our program. But for now, if you would like to meet Bentley, please call Doug at (916) 802-7668.
