Bear – Gentle 9–10-Year-Old Companion Seeking a New Forever Home
Bear is a beautiful 9–10-year-old spayed female cat living in Carmel. She is current on her
vaccinations, weighs about 9 pounds, is in good health, and is not taking any medications.
Bear recently lost the only home she knew when her beloved owner passed away. She is now
looking for a caring person or family who will give her the love and security she deserves for her
golden years.
Bear is an indoor-only cat who has a calm, gentle nature. She can be a little reserved when
meeting someone new, but once she feels comfortable, she becomes a very friendly and sociable
companion who enjoys being petted and spending time with her people. While she hasn’t lived
with children, she has not shown signs of being fearful or reactive.
Bear is fully litter box trained and would thrive in a quiet, loving home where she can settle in
at her own pace and enjoy the companionship of someone who appreciates the sweet personality
of a mature cat. She still has many wonderful years ahead of her and would make a loyal and
loving companion.
