Amber and Ghita are two bonded siblings who are looking for a home. Their guardians of four years are moving out of state and cannot take them along.
Born August 8, 2006, these two purebred European Burmese beauties are both spayed and microchipped. Ghita is cream-colored and Amber is more reddish.
They have been indoor only cats for the last 4 years with their current guardian. However, their former home had a contained outside area where they could safely go. They both love finding patches of sunshine to sit in.
Ghita and Amber are very social and enjoy being with people, even strangers. Amber loves playing with a string/snake on a stick that you wave. Ghita chases a sparkly ball sometimes or cat “hugs” a stuffed toy. They both love to sit on laps or chests and to be held and petted. They often can be found cuddling with each other.
These two have a lot to say, even if you don’t always know why. You will definitely never forget when it is mealtime either! They are currently on a raw food diet (Small Batch for Cats from the Raw Connection) along with probiotics and digestive enzymes (once a day), and not free fed, so all the pitfalls of dry food are a non issue.
In their previous home they lived with a service dog, with whom Ghita became buddies.
