Foster a Golden Oldies Cat!
Home for the holidays? Need some company? Have you ever thought about fostering a cat? You can save a life by opening your home to a kitty in need. Golden Oldies Cat Rescue is 100% foster based and without fosters we cannot help the adult cats in our community who have lost their homes, their families, their everything. Golden Oldies provides all the supplies you may need, from litter boxes to cat toys and food. We even take care of any veterinary expenses while the kitty is in your care.
All that is needed is a dedicated safe indoor space like a bedroom or office, so your foster cat can have their own area, away from any other pets in the home.
Once your foster cat is comfortable in that space, they can be gradually introduced to any resident animals and have access to more of the living area. We can give you tips and pointers on how to make that go smoothly.
You supply the love and get the benefits for free! As an added bonus, if you fall in love with your foster cat, you will have first dibs on adopting and making them a permanent family member if you so choose.
