When you make your donation you will need to email us at goldenoldiescats@gmail.com with how you would like your tribute to read (The format is: John Smith in memory of Poodles, John Smith in honor of Poodles, John Smith in memory of Jane Smith, John Smith in honor of Jane Smith)
